About the Author

My name is Judith, and I teach horse people how to get the most from their horses using kinesiology tape, bodywork and restorative exercises. For the better part of the past decade, I’ve been an equine bodywork practitioner with multiple certifications, an author and a bodywork educator. My passion (other than horses) is to empower horse owners and enthusiasts with tools to use for their own horses.
